Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, misconduct, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Grounds for Termination : The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately under the following circumstances: violation of hotel policies, failure to pay rent or other charges, disruptive or unsafe behavior, or intentional/negligent damage to property. In such cases, guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and no refund will be issued for the remaining duration of the stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guestrooms, guest patios, restaurants, lounges, pools, beaches, and other public areas. If smoking occurs in your room during your stay, a cleaning fee of Php 10,000.00 will be charged to your account.
